1. Do you sell any additional products not listed on your online catalog?
We sell over 10,000 different kinds of box and bag and we are always adding new items to our website. However, every item that we currently sell is listed on our website. If you cannot find the exact product that you are looking for, please e-mail your request and we will be happy to check whether or not this is an item that we can do
2. How soon can you finish the mass production?
The sample box usually takes 5-7 working days. Once the mass production is confirmed, we will finish the mass production within 14 working days even if your order quantity is more than 10,000pcs. Sometimes it may need 21 work days if there is too much hand work involved.
3. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
3) Resolution: no less than 1200PI and the higher, the better
